Where's Huell? (Feb. 6 - Feb. 12)
This week, Huell participates in an L.A. Air Raid event, he visits an avocado processing plant and much more. Scroll down for a complete list of this week's Huell adventures!:
Monday - Feb. 6, 7:30pm: Masonic Cave - Huell's off to Amador county and the town of Volcano. It was once a thriving, gold mining town in the 1850s and 1860s, but Huell has set off to discover the mysterious cave in this mountain community which served as a Masonic lodge.
Tuesday - Feb. 7, 7:30pm: L.A. Air Raid - Huell visits the Fort MacArthur Museum in San Pedro to relive the Great Los Angeles Air Raid of February 1942.

Wednesday - Feb. 8, 7:30pm: Avocados - From past to present the avocado has been an important part of Southern California life. Join Huell as he visits today's avocado industry in and around Fallbrook, CA, and takes us on a tour back through local avocado history. So, whip up a dish of guacamole, sit back and enjoy this tasty adventure.
Thursday - Feb. 9, 7:30pm: Warnor's Theatre - The Warnor's Theatre, a Fresno landmark that opened in 1928, houses a pipe organ that is the only one of its kind in the world still performing inside its original theatre. After years of neglect, The future of the theatre was in jeopardy until Frank Caglia bought it in 1973 and returned it to its former luster. Huell hears the Caglia's family story, which intersects with the story of the Warnors Theatre at its opening and is as much a jewel as the theatre itself .

Friday - Feb. 10, 7:30pm: Elephant Update - In what has become a classic, Huell returns to the San Diego Wild Animal Park to say hello to Nita, the retired elephant.

Sunday - Feb. 12, 7:30pm: L.A. River Special - The Los Angeles River is often thought of as a huge concrete eyesore. Not anymore, at least not after you join Huell for this special 1 hour adventure where Huell literally travels down the miles of river bed stopping along the way to talk to some of the many people working hard to bring our river back to its natural state. He'll see the animals that call the river home, he'll learn about the many 'pocket parks' which connect the community back to the river allowing local families to relax and enjoy the view, and he'll get the scoop on what local government is doing on, in, under, and around the river to make clean and green.
