TTC Extra: Kentucky Clerk Jailed Over Gay Marriage Refusal
Kim Davis, the Rowan County, KY, clerk who repeatedly refused to give marriage licenses to same-sex couples, has been jailed. She claims that issuing those licenses is against her religious rights and that she is protected by the first amendment. Now, Rowan County has begun to give same-sex couples licenses. PANEL: Del.
