'Artists Have Been Totally Abandoned'
Ben Caldwell, a leading voice in the arts especially with marginalized communities, says artists have been totally abandoned not just in the pandemic, but even in events leading up to it. Caldwell lays out his view that the issues we're facing now aren't new for the communities he works with, they are just now more emphasized.
