SoCal Update
A Dry End to L.A.’s Rainy Season | Apr. 1
On the April 1 episode of “SoCal Update,” today marks the end of California’s rainy season and it’s looking pretty dry out there. KPCC Science Reporter Jacob Margolis breaks it down.
We are on track for a second year of drought, which is when we tend to start seeing key indicators fall dramatically. Our reservoir levels are decreasing and our snowpack in the sierra is only at 60% of where it should be for this time of the year. Everything is extremely dry.
