New Law Ends ATM 'Junk Fees' for Low Balances

Season 2025 Episode 290

Consumer advocates say these fees, often over $30, disproportionately harm low-income Californians. This law is part of a broader effort to eliminate "junk fees." Levi Sumagaysay reports for CalMatters.
