PBS SoCal and Long Beach Community Action Partnership teamed up to train high school student, Kyra Toves, to produce an American Graduate Champion video, recognizing a positive role model in her life. Kyra has honored Margaret Oliva as her American Graduate Champion, a M.A.D.D. (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) advocate who is passionate about sharing her story to put an end to drunk driving.
