While deployed, Iraq veteran Sandra Lee’s vehicle is destroyed by an IED (improvised explosive device). While continuing her service in Iraq she is sexually assaulted by a fellow soldier. Upon returning home these repressed traumas surface again. Sandra valiantly fights back. Purple Heart Homes steps in and assists her in finding her physical “home”.
