ROP Boat Launch

Students enrolled in the Capistrano-Laguna Beach Regional Occupational Program set a course for adventure earlier this month when they launched model boats with GPS tracking on them. Their aim was Hawaii. Ed Arnold and Ann Pulice are joined by Capistrano-Laguna Beach ROP Instructor Malcolm Wilson and Model Boat Launch Team Leader Scotty Panichi to tell their tale.
