Bus Fare Hike ?

Transportation officials may be forced to impose a fare hike for people who can least afford it, bus riders. The Orange County Transportation Authority is being hit with rising fuel costs and state mandates that make a fare increase almost unavoidable. Pat Haslam has the story.
