Richard visits Oklahoma to install a safe room for tornado protection. The safe room is constructed of poured concrete, all poured at once to prevent joints. Richard sees a safe room that survived a direct hit from an EF5 storm, then sees a new safe room built, and meets a homeowner that has ridden out several tornados in her safe room.
