Why Durbin considers Barrett confirmation 'a disappointment'
Illinois Sen. Dick Durbin is the Senate's second highest-ranking Democrat and a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, which supported the Supreme Court nomination of Amy Coney Barrett.
