Some Puerto Ricans still in the dark after Hurricane Maria
Nearly three months after Hurricane Maria devastated Puerto Rico, the island is generating electricity at about 65 percent capacity. Arelis Hernández, a reporter on the story, joins Hari Sreenivasan.
