Ruling blocking Trump from Colo. ballot sets up legal battle
A court decision could have a major impact on the 2024 race for the White House. A divided Colorado Supreme Court ruled Donald Trump is ineligible to serve as president under the Constitution’s insurrection clause and barred him from that state's primary ballot.
