How U.S. territories are preparing for Hurricane Maria
Hurricane Maria blasted the northern Caribbean with category 5 winds that devastated the islands of Guadeloupe and Dominica Monday night. The storm is now pushing toward the already storm-bruised U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. Judy Woodruff speaks with U.S Virgin Islands Gov. Kenneth Mapp and Puerto Rico Gov. Ricardo Rosselló about how these territories are preparing for another storm.
