How U.S. territories are preparing for Hurricane Maria
Hurricane Maria blasted the northern Caribbean with category 5 winds that devastated the islands of Guadeloupe and Dominica Monday night. The storm is now pushing toward the already storm-bruised U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. Judy Woodruff speaks with U.S Virgin Islands Gov. Kenneth Mapp and Puerto Rico Gov.
