As Syrian ceasefire looms, doubts swirl about effectiveness
The longstanding debate over whether the U.S. should intervene in Syria’s civil war has taken on new importance this week following a ceasefire agreement brokered by the U.S. and Russia. But how likely is an actual halt to violence in the region, and will Syria’s beleaguered civilians get the aid they so desperately need?
