Supreme Court hears arguments in affirmative action cases
The Supreme Court heard arguments Monday that could overturn years of precedent. Plaintiffs are asking the justices to rule that any consideration of race is unconstitutional. Marcia Coyle of the National Law Journal joined John Yang to discuss the cases.
