Does Bail Discriminate Against the Poor?
America has the largest prison population in the world, and in New York City, 4000 people are locked up in jail, although they haven't been convicted of any crime. They remain there, awaiting trial, not because their crime demands it, but because they simply cannot afford to pay their bail. Three three prisoners tell their story in the documentary "Limbo".
