Professionally, Ayla is an accomplished executive at Transtech Engineers Inc., where she serves as the Director of Building and Safety Services. With over 30 years of experience in both the private and public sectors, she oversees the building and safety operations for 14 cities and ensures that all building codes are effectively implemented. Ayla is also recognized as the first person in the United States to earn the Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) certification by the International Code Council, highlighting her dedication to advancing sustainable practices.
As a full-time working professional, Ayla skillfully balances her executive responsibilities with her passion for volunteerism. In addition to her work with Rotary, Ayla serves as the Vice President of Southern California United Swiss Societies, further showcasing her commitment to cultural and community service.
