Learning to Read
Creating a Family Media Use Plan
Season 2023
Episode 27
As we go about our day, adults are constantly using media to work, stay informed, and keep in touch with friends and family. We can all benefit from having a healthy balance of screen time, and this family models that behavior for their daughter. To do so, they work together to develop a family media plan limiting screen time to one hour a day and never use their devices at meals or bedtime.
