Jakub Jagielinski is the Battalion Chief of San Diego County Fire/CAL Fire. He and his team responded quickly to the needs of the community when COVID-19 first spread throughout the rural areas of San Diego. He is concerned about the length of time personnel have been on duty and people should be more aware of how that impacts mental health.
