Broken Bread

Roy Choi Tries Honduran Food and Can Only Say 'Mmmmm!'

Roy Choi tries a variety of Honduran food in Tijuana made by Honduras 504 — seafood stew with fish, crabs and shrimps in coconut milk; baleadas with beans, egg, cream cheese, pickled onions and beets; and chicken with plantains, cabbage, pico de gallo and dressing.
