Workforce Diversity

A recent op-ed written by communications and marketing consultants Mark Lee and Karen Dumas in the Detroit News highlighted the importance of businesses having a diverse workforce. It is especially vital in a city like Detroit where African Americans make up more than 80-percent of the population. Stephen spoke with Mark, Karen, and Trina Scott, Chief Diversity Officer at Rock Ventures.
