Yul meets traffic analyst Greg Jordan, who use time lapse photography to monitor the flow of traffic over time. The data that Greg provides is used by local transportation planners, from his data they can see for themselves where they need to build new roads, widen old ones or introduce highway patrols to keep the traffic flowing.
