David Titley: Climate Change is a National Security Risk

More than 50 former military and intelligence officials have admonished the White House about its plan to counter federal findings on climate change, saying that partisanship threatens to erode security efforts. Rear Admiral David Titley (Ret.), a board member for the Center for Climate and Security, discusses why climate change is a national security risk.
