The two-time, Emmy® award-winning L.A. COUNTY HOLIDAY CELEBRATION is celebrating its 65thyear featuring 28 diverse LA-based music ensembles, choirs and dance companies showcasing the artistry and rich cultural traditions that make up L.A. County. This year’s live performances introduce new artistic genres, including a circus act and a marionette performance, along with pre-produced mini-documentaries spotlighting performers and their unique stories. The free, ticketed in-person event will take place on Christmas Eve Day at The Music Center’s Dorothy Chandler Pavilion and as well as air LIVE on Tues., Dec. 24 from 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. on PBS SoCal live streamed on pbssocal.org and the free PBS App, which will remain available to stream following the broadcast. Encore presentations will also air on Christmas Eve from 7 p.m. – 10 p.m.on PBS SoCal and on Christmas Day, Wed., Dec. 25 from 8 p.m. – 11 p.m. on PBS SoCal Plus.
