BOUCHON

Attendees will experience an elegant

meal personally crafted by award-winning chef Thomas Keller and chef de cuisine

Rory Herrmann, with special wine selections from renowned Rusack Winery

ANGELES, May 4, 2012--KCET, the nation's largest independent

public television station, will host an elegant evening at Bouchon Bistro in

Beverly Hills, offering attendees an intimate multi-course dinner crafted by

award-winning American chef Thomas Keller and his team on May 15 at 6:30

p.m.  The cost is $2,500 per person.

The event will celebrate the opening of the new KCET Studios at

The Pointe in Burbank with presenting sponsors Kristin and Jeffrey Worthe and

Geoff and Alison Rusack and featuring the world-class wines of Rusack

Guests will

enjoy an exceptional culinary

experience prepared by Chef Keller and his team. The Rusacks have specially

selected a wine pairing from their Santa Barbara winery for each course.

Throughout the evening, Chef Keller, named "America's Best Chef" by Time magazine, will join each table of guests for conversation and insights into

his cuisine, and open his acclaimed kitchen for a unique behind the scenes tour

of the Bouchon operation. 

In addition, attendees will have an opportunity to bid on

exceptional items and experiences during a special live auction that includes a Bouchon Dinner

Party and a trip to Istanbul, Turkey.

As a thank you,

each guest will receive a signed and personalized first edition of Chef Thomas

Keller's upcoming Bouchon Bakery Cook Book when it is

released later this year, featuring recipes from Bouchon Bakery. In addition, a parting gift of handmade

Bouchon Bakery chocolates will be presented to guests upon departure for

immediate gratification along with a copy of Chef Keller's Finesse Magazine.

About Chef Thomas

Keller

Author of four culinary

books, Thomas

Keller is renowned for his culinary skills and his exceptionally high personal

standards. He has established a collection of restaurants that set the standard

with the hospitality industry. He began his career at a young age, working with

his mother in a Palm Beach restaurant. In 1994 he took ownership of The French

Laundry in Yountville, California, quickly garnering nationwide acclaim. His

French bistro Bouchon debuted in 1998, with Bouchon Bakery following five years

later. He now has eight restaurants and five bakeries in the United States. In

November 2009 he opened Bouchon in Beverly Hills. He is the author of the

award-winning The French Laundry and Bouchon cookbooks, as well as Under

Pressure, on sous vide cooking. His most recent release is a book of family-style

recipes titled Ad Hoc at Home. The book has received awards from both the IACP

and the James Beard Foundation. In the Spring 2011, French President Nicolas

Sarkozy designated Chef Thomas Keller a Chevalier of The French Legion of

Honor, making him just the third American culinary figure to be so honored.
