Lucia Torres
Lucia Torres resides in Boyle Heights, by way of her native Pacoima, and works in South Los Angeles helping to develop grass-roots, community-based leadership while avoiding the freeways at all costs. She is also part-time adjuct faculty at Los Angeles Trade Tech College with the Community Planning program and is always open to talking about the sociopolitical power of a good slice of pizza.
