Green Sleeves
We're the Green Sleeves a group of South El Monte High School students and KCETLink Youth Voices community Initiative participants -- our projects goal is to create a school garden in an undeveloped lot on campus.

Presenting to the PTSA gave students an opportunity to share information about their school garden project and bring more people on board to support their efforts.
"A good way high school students can better understand healthier food choices is through the creation of a school garden, so the knowledge learned at school can be taken home and shared with their families."
