Dezaraye Bagalayos
Dezaraye Bagalayos was born and raised in Stockton, California, and has been working in water advocacy since she worked against the privatization of Stockton's water utilities in 2002. She now lives in the Tulare Basin working on land and water issues in rural communities in the southern half of the San Joaquin Valley.
