Deborah Michail was raised in Los Angeles and has honed her culinary skills in kitchens like Osteria Angeleni, Osteria Mozza and Republique. In hopes of connecting to her Iranian heritage, Debb traveled to the Middle East and upon return, she had an urge to share her experience with her community. This lead her to a job as a butcher at Belcampo Meat Co., where LogmehLA was born under the umbrella of happy carcasses, with the intention of introducing a unique community style dining experience.
