Barbara Barrigan-Parrilla is Executive Director of Restore the Delta and a resident of the San Francisco Bay-Delta. Restore the Delta is a grassroots education, outreach, and advocacy organization of 40,000 members working to protect the San Francisco Bay-Delta estuary for our children and future generations by advocating for public policies that protect Delta water quality and quantity.
