BBC's Katty Kay on U.S. Political Conventions

Katty Kay is the anchor of BBC World News America. She covered seven previous U.S. political conventions,  but she says this time around "the rest of the world is watching very closely with a certain amount of alarm." Kay talked with Ballot Brief on the floor of the Republican National Convention about the British take on Donald Trump and what the 2016 presidential campaign says about America.
