L.A. is no stranger to fire. It's part of our natural ecology, as it seasonally lights up our landscape in flames, for better and worse. Might as well integrate this element into a tasty cocktail!

Light up this tequila drink created by L.A's own margarita queen and owner of Ortega 120 and Hey 19 Public House, Demi Stevens. Under Demi’s direction, Ortega 120’s signature cocktails have won numerous awards including “Best Classic Margarita” by L.A. Weekly.  She also created the celebrated “Tequila University” series, where her guests learned about tequila through flights paired with menu items.  Ortega 120 has also been honored with awards such as “Best Margarita in the South Bay” and “Best Tequila Bar” by Easy Reader.  Demi was also featured on Best Bars in America on Esquire Network in 2015.

With creds like this, it might worth playing with fire. Salud!
