Highland Park Gold Line Station
The Highland Park Gold Line Station was completed in 2003 after decades of development. Tracks were layed on most of the same routes that were part of the Yellow Cars that travelled through the region up until the mid 20th Century.
The Highland Park Station, located in the middle of the line between Downtown Los Angeles and Pasadena, offers residents an easy 15 minute ride to either end of the Arroyo Seco. The station reflects the neighborhood's Craftsman heritage with a Gazebo-type structure adorned with heavy wood beams and Arroyo stone as the backdrop to Jud Fine's Stone Tree Inverted Post.
DIRECTIONS TO THE START
TRANSIT: The Gold Line runs through East LA, Downtown Los Angeles, Highland Park, and Pasadena. Highland Park is five stations north of Downtown's Union Station.
