Máire Clerkin: A New Beginning in L.A.
Writer, actor, choreographer, and teaching artist with LA Music Center, Clerkin is a certified Irish dance teacher-adjudicator, with degrees in Performing Arts and Broadcast Journalism. Before emigrating from London in 2003, Clerkin worked in theatre and is currently writing a comedy screenplay about Irish Dance. Clerkin tells her story of coming to L.A. and finding opportunity and sunshine.
