Jeremy Piven Stars in the ‘The Performance’ Based on Arthur Miller Short Story

Director and writer Shira Piven credits her parents’ Literary Story Theatre with discovering Miller’s story. “They had this idea of taking folk tales and fairy tales and making a play out of them.” “Not for kids necessarily, but like a real play. My mom was always looking for pieces that could be adapted. And she found this short story by Arthur Miller called 'The Performance,' and I thought it would make a great film.”
