'A Transparent Musical' Creators Discuss Creating Trans Joy On and Off Stage

"A Transparent Musical" follows a family in transition after its patriarch finally allows their true self to emerge as Maura, the transgender matriarch she always knew she was. Creators Joey Soloway, Faith Soloway and MJ Kaufman discuss translating the hit Amazon original TV show into a musical and the importance of cultivating space for trans joy both on and off stage.
